It doesn't always have to be therapy right away. When searching for a solution, it is helpful to sort out one's thoughts through conversation because "the human mind works best when it can hear itself, notice its own contradictions, remember its capabilities, and take its time" (Nancy Kline). In this sense, I offer you a "thinking environment," an atmosphere of tranquility and appreciation that allows you to pause and reflect, develop ideas that are practical and may have been pending for a long time. Sometimes, there are beliefs within us that prevent us from thinking or doing certain things. Such assumptions act as barriers that block you. If necessary, I can help you identify and eliminate such limiting beliefs.
